He was soon followed by son Kris, daughter-in-law Julie and another son Matt. Dad instilled a work ethic and appreciation for each one of our clients that sticks with us to this day.
Retiring back in 2009, Dad still works behind-the-scenes and some say he's busier now than he ever was!

Matt handles the growth of arms-length transactions and provides the vision, leadership and marketing for the entire team and its divisions which include the REO and property management. Matt is a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club, and has earned his CDPE designation.
Prior to his sales career, Matt attended the University of Hawaii obtaining a degree in finance. He spent 6 years in the U.S. Navy in the electronics field, serving in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Naval Air Station Alameda, CA, as well as completing an overseas tour in the Persian Gulf. Upon leaving the Navy, Matt became a corporate sales rep. with a leading data communications company. Years later, he brought those corporate disciplines into the practice of real estate and helped build a sales team into the number one real estate team in the area.

In addition to handling arm's length transactions for the team, Chere' is the lead transaction coordinator specializing in handling all aspects leading up to closing REO, Short Sale, and distressed property transactions. These tasks include, but are not limited to, working with attorneys, realtors, lenders, and contractors in any given transaction.
Prior to switching careers from real estate law, Chere' spent many years working as a paralegal at several general practice law firms with heavy emphasis and exposure to residential real estate, which included examination and preparation of title commitments and policies, commercial real estate, and condominium conversions. Chere' received a business paralegal degree from Robert Morris College.

Send Lynda a message.Lynda Werner joined The Kombrink Team in 2010, bringing years of experience in administrative bookkeeping and accounting to the job. Lynda is the overall accounting manager, overseeing both the accounts receivables and accounts payable departments as well as performing financial management for several homeowner associations.
Another main role of Lynda's is HOA specialist. She communicates with Asset Managers to get approval and order estoppels. She works to ensure past-due payments are brought to date, which is essential for a property to close. Lynda will also run informal lien searches to find city and county violations while the property is listed as well as order a Certificate of Use if necessary. She handles vacant property registrations and coordinates the opening and closing of utilities. Her attention to detail and superior customer service skills are assets for our team.
