Residential
Real Estate Contract This is the contract your agent would
use for the actual sale or purchase of a home. When you are ready to
make an offer on a home, this contract would be filled in with all the
applicable information and would specify all the details of the
transaction.

Listing Agreement
Once you decide to place your home on the market, this form is filled out
and specifies details of your listing such as price, how long you wish to
have it listed, the commission you will pay and so on.

Property Disclosure Sellers in the State of Illinois are
required to complete this form prior to selling their home. It is
intended to disclose any known problems to potential buyers.

Lead Paint
Disclosure If you are selling a home in the State of
Illinois that was built prior to 1978 you will be required to complete
this form disclosing any known instances of lead paint in your home.
